I am a certified translator with six years of experience. I have a B.A. in Translation (English into Spanish) and did my major in law and economy translation. I am qualified to translate official documents such as certificates and contracts. I also have a B.A. in Journalism and an M.A in European Communication Studies. Having worked as an editor, I am highly trained in writing and translating newsletters, press releases and news related texts. I am also a frequent translator of other type of texts, such as medical and technical. I consider myself a versatile translator whose quality derives from two key aspects: the excellent command of both the source and target language and the efficient knowledge and use of the translation resources, which allows me to deliver fast and accurate translations. Last but not least, I believe I have a privileged Anglo-Saxon cultural insight, since I have spent periods of my life in Ireland, United States and New Zealand, which has allowed me to get familiar with some of the different English speaking cultures. We cannot forget translating involves much more than a good language command.
