I have an excel spreadsheet with variables names that need to translate from Chinese to English. I sent the excel directly to Linda and asked for a quote price. We agreed on a price and the project began. Within a few days, she requested a modification, and apologized for the mistake. Apparently, we both counted the page numbers wrong. I agreed to the price change but was unhappy about the change. Linda finished the project on time and was quick in responding my messages, which I very much appreciated. And the quality was good enough to pass off. However, the words are in different type, font. There were a couple important mistakes. I had to do quite a bit of double checking and editing. But overall, at least Linda produced what she had promised, on time. Not much to be complained, especially when the first professional cancelled my project without any notification ahead of time.
