I am an English native speaker with over 20 years experience of teaching English to speakers of other languages. Studies for my 1st class Honours BA degree entailed regular translations of newspaper and literary texts in both German and French. All teaching took place in the respective language. In recent years I have taught MFL in schools. I would like the chance to devote some time to translation. I have a number of bilingual contacts and family members in both Germany and France for specialist consultation on individual words and phrases. I would consider all subject areas but would like to specialise in literature one day.
