I lived in Japan from 1990 to 2000. I was a technical writer and translator for IBM Japan. I have a bachelors degree in Japanese and a bachelors degree in Asian Studies from the University of Utah (2004), and a law degree from Michigan State University College of Law (2007). I am with the law firm of Borda, Lorenz & Geggie PLLC in Novi, Michigan where I practice corporate law, automotive law, immigration, and estate planning. Our clients are mainly in the automotive industry. I translate from Japanese to English or Spanish to English. I can translate such topics as; corporate law (incorporating, forming an LLC, operating agreements, articles of incorporation), automotive law, compliance, auto parts supply contracts, immigration (H-1B, L-1, E-1 and E-2 non-immigrant visas), estate planning, real estate, as well as computer hardware and software.
