Brian is a writer and editor living on Maui. Since January 2019, he has served as director of communications for the Maui County Office of the Mayor. Brian worked at the Maui News as a reporter and later as city editor from August 1990 to January 2019. He began his career in daily journalism as a staff writer at the Pacific Daily News in Guam. The project was not edited as requested, there were no track changes provided, and the project was not even completed. Frustrated as I waited several days only to get something returned that was of no help at all. The editor said he has been ill with bronchitis, and should've declined the project.
