This is the last segment of my book. I'm completely satisfied by Paige. She's a wonderful person who really cares of any details as if it were her own work, no matter how much time it takes from her. We worked together for 4 months and I have nothing to say but a big THANK YOU SO MUCH for your patience and kindness! I feel very lucky in picking you as my editor.

She still shows patience and professionalism. The more we go on with the project, the more she shows interest in it. I am completely satisfied!

I have a complaint. I send my work to (Paige) and I was not satisfied with her work (Although I sent her - good work- as a matter of courtesy). Unfortunately, neither my two supervisors nor the person who suppose to re-proofreading my work were satisfied also. I have to pay again for proofreading.The later send me this: "I am working on your dissertation and I agree with your supervisor, that it has not been well edited by the previous agency. If I were you I would put in a complaint to them and request a refund, given that you will now have to pay me to do it again. No one should ever send anything to them again: they just take the money and do nothing and I do not say such stuff lightly." Thus, please I ask you to refund my money (kindly remember that I am old client)
