I'm a writer and editor with many years of freelance and in-house experience involving everything from books, magazines and newspapers to business correspondence and advertorials. I am familiar with both AP and CMS styles; as assistant to the editor of Montreal-based Harvest House Publishing, I also edited using Canadian/British format. I am former associate editor of TWA Ambassador magazine with Halsey Publishers, which specialized in in-flight publications. When TWA opted to produce the magazine in-house, the airline retained me to continue as freelance editor, while Halsey's Delta Sky staff employed me as freelance proof-reader and contributor. For many years, I have served as a volunteer editor and writer for a nonprofit.
