I submitted an legal article to Legalword, who claims to be a member of the bar, a former lexis editor, and also claims to be capable of checking bluebook citation and using MS word. This editor obviously rushed though editing my paper and missed the last two pages all together (although I was charged for the full 16 pages). Now he/she is playing dumb and I am getting irritated as my deadline passes. Anyone with more than 2 days of legal experience knows that citation is very important in legal work. That is the reason I bothered to pay for an editor the first place.
