I am an international human rights lawyer living and working in Geneva, Switzerland for a non-governmental organization that does legal reform in China, Cambodia and Vietnam. In addition to reviewing legal documents, one of my primary responsibilities is writing and editing grant proposals and reading over intern's writing samples. I am a recent law school graduate, and passed the bar in Washington, DC. I held several legal clerkships throughout law school and was a student comments editor for the San Diego International Law Journal. I also assisted various law professors in the writing and editing of book projects. Prior to law school, I worked for a non-profit dedicated to socially responsible investing. My primary responsibility as an analyst was to research and write articles for monthly publication on topics as diverse as renewable energy, human rights, and predatory lending. I was also charged with writing and editing annual, comprehensive background reports on these and other issues that our clients used to help inform their investment decisions.
