While some improvements were made I have several problems with your edit. You clearly shouldn't edit technical economics papers. The proposed changes in some of the statistical descriptions clealry didn't make sense. For instance, something is significant at "the" X percent level, not significant at X percent level. I had to carefully go over all changes since there were many such mistakes. You should mention that you are not comfortable with editing econometric descriptions. You also have a problem with spacing, everything you change has an additional or space added. There are several passages that just sound akward, plus you changed almost everything into the past tense, which isn't correct in this kind of analysis. Some improvement on my work, but overall I feel it wasn't worth it.
