Let a successful writer and editor help you be successful, too. Twenty-two years of editing have taught me that all work can benefit from an objective, caring editor. I am that person. My own novels, called “page-turners” by Publishers Weekly, have been published all over the world. I edit with an eye for focus, both in fiction and nonfiction. Because I know from first-hand experience how frustrating it is when an editor leaves "fingerprints" on your work, I strive to be clean – to make you sound more like you, not more like me. My clients include an award-winning mystery novelist, the Cosmopolitan Bedside Astrologer, a published cowboy poet, a nonfiction writer who has sold to Women’s Day and a nonfiction author who received a six-figure advance from a major publisher for a book I edited. My specialties include fiction, especially commercial fiction, memoir, biography, nonfiction articles, essays, books, as well as book proposals and query/cover letters.
