I am interested in any proofreading jobs you may need done so that I can supplement my full-time editing job at Aflac. I have been an editor at Aflac for about three years now and am very happy to be employed with Aflac with full benefits. I am very familiar with The Gregg Reference Manual and The Associated Press Stylebook, both of which I use daily. I have access to The Chicago Manual of Style and MLA style. In my work, I’m able to use proofreader marks on hard copies, in addition to track changes in Microsoft Office Word documents and comment boxes in pdf format using Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional. I work with many kinds of documents at Aflac including sales brochures, sales ads, manuals, reference guides, letters, publications and newsletters, electronic and print memos, policies, applications, and forms. In the corporate world, I am accustomed to tight deadlines and quick turnaround times, and I feel that I could get your work assignments completed in a very timely manner.
