I have worked as an editor and teacher for 5+ years and am passionate about helping my clients and students craft writing that is clear, concise, and impactful. I earned my master's degree in writing, specifically my MFA in Creative Writing with a concentration in Fiction, from Columbia University. Afterward, I was hired as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia, where I taught Creative Writing to undergraduates. Over the past three years, I have read, line-edited, and provided written feedback for 200+ manuscripts in their early stages. I particularly specialize in editing book projects, particularly short stories and novels; my services include manuscript critiques, developmental edits, and first chapter critiques. Additionally, I am open to providing detailed feedback and line-edits on academic essays, application essays (ie. for artist fellowships and grants), resumes, CVs, and cover letters. I am a thorough developmental editor, line-editor, and proofreader.
