I was first introduced to professional theatre in the summer of 2003 as an Off-Broadway stagehand. I participated in 24-hour play festivals, pitched an original pilot to various television networks, and saw my thesis play, "Sinclair, an adaptation of Moliere’s Tartuffe", performed. In 2009, The Actor’s Theatre of Louisville chose my 10-minute play "Second Date" as a finalist for The National Ten-Minute Play Festival. In addition to developing original work, I taught scriptwriting and theatre history alongside directing Tulsa’s 24-Hour Play festival. I most recently was awarded the Outstanding Young College Teacher Award by the Oklahoma Speech Theatre Communication Association. I am currently working on a comic web-series about America's founding fathers.
