Awful! I hired Clarify for a 24-hour turn-around and I never received the document back. I sent Clarity several messages and she sent me a message with the supposed edited bio in the face of the email without explanation and full of obvious errors! I sent her another message and she said she was "working on it", then sent a corrupted document back that I have been unable to open! I still HAVE NOT received my document. Clarity is unprofessional, unreliable, and completely incompetent. She should not be allowed to solicit her services. I have not been reimbursed and am pursuing this with ServiceScape.
